Gestalt Psychotherapy
Gestalt psychotherapy assumes that every person has the potential that allows them to meet their own needs, make decisions independently and manage their own lives. Your own blocks and beliefs acquired during childhood stand in the way of achieving your goals. The essence of Gestalt psychotherapy is to expand your consciousness, that is to recognize your thoughts, feelings and signals coming from the body.
The basis of Gestalt psychotherapy is building an authentic relationship between the therapist and the client. The therapist is not a guide but a travel companion. He/she accompanies you in getting to know yourself, making decisions and changing old patterns that are no longer useful.
The psychotherapist’s task is to create safe conditions for the client to be able to examine himself and, as a consequence, take responsibility for his life and use his life potential more fully.
