Psychotherapeutic consultation

find out more

Psychotherapeutic consultation usually consists of three to five meetings, during which the client talks about his difficulties and the areas he would like to work on. Together, we discover the sources of problems and set the goals of the therapy. During the first meetings, I usually ask, among others, for: the circumstances of the problem, the moment of applying for the therapy, the methods of coping so far, relations with the loved ones and functioning in the family, social and professional environment. A psychotherapeutic consultation also gives the opportunity to find out if the therapist is the right person with whom the client would like to work on their problems.

The session lasts 50 minutes, meetings are held once a week.

I invite people who:

  • are depressed
  • experience mourning
  • experience loneliness
  • feel anxiety, restlessness
  • are after a breakup or divorce
  • are not very self-confident
  • have low self-esteem
  • have difficulty maintaining a steady job
  • have difficulty in maintaining a stable relationship
  • want to work on their own personal development
